Q1. How do I place an order on Mandapam Jewels?

A. For your security, we use a Verified Payment Link system. Once you place an order, our team manually verifies stock and sends a secure Razorpay/UPI link to your WhatsApp/Email within 10 minutes. This ensures you only pay for items that are ready to ship.

Q3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

A. No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery at the moment. All orders are processed through prepaid UPI payments via our official WhatsApp payment flow.

Q6. How will I know my payment is successful?

A. After you complete the UPI payment and it is confirmed, your order will be marked as paid in our system and you will receive a payment confirmation email with your final order details.

Q5. Is paying on WhatsApp safe?

A. Yes, payment is done through secure UPI apps using a QR code or payment link shared from our official Mandapam Jewels business account. Always cross-check the number and name before paying and never share OTPs or card details with anyone.

Q4: Why no Cash on Delivery (COD)?

To keep our prices 30% lower than market rates, we ship directly from our workshop to you. This saves costs on returns and middlemen, and we pass those savings to you! All prepaid orders are insured.

Shipping and delivery

Q. Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

A. Mandapam Jewels ships to most pincodes across India, with a special focus on serving customers in North India. Once your payment is confirmed and your order is marked as paid, dispatch is usually done within a few working days, and the final delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner.

Q8. What are the shipping charges?

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1,199. For orders below ₹1,199, a standard shipping charge of ₹69–₹89 applies (exact amount will be shown at checkout). Shipping charges, if any, are clearly displayed before you confirm your order on the checkout page.

Q: Who pays for shipping if I need to return a damaged item?

A: "You don't need to worry about high courier fees!

  • Step 1: You ship the damaged item back to us using a standard reliable courier (e.g., India Post/DTDC).

  • Step 2: Share the receipt with us. We will refund your shipping cost (up to ₹80) as store credit or UPI.

  • Step 3: We will ship your fresh replacement piece to you completely FREE of cost.
    Important: We do not accept returns sent via expensive 'Air Cargo' or premium services. Please use standard shipping."

Q: Do you offer refunds or returns if I don't like the design?

A: To maintain hygiene and affordability, we have a 'No Return, Replacement Only' policy. We do not offer refunds or returns for 'change of mind' or 'size issues' (please check dimensions before buying). We only replace items if they are genuinely damaged during shipping

Q10. What if I receive a damaged product?

A. We take great care in packing, but in the rare event of damage during transit, we offer a Free Replacement of the exact same item.
To claim this, you must:

  1. Record a 360-degree Unboxing Video (without cuts/edits) showing the package seal being opened and the damage.

  2. Send this video to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
    Note: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process any claims. This policy is strict to prevent fraudulent cases

Q11. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

A. Cancellation is limited and depends on whether your order has entered processing or dispatch. Please reach out to us as soon as possible on WhatsApp with your order ID, and we’ll let you know if cancellation is still possible.

A. Mandapam Jewels focuses on finely finished fashion and imitation jewellery that gives a rich, shahi look at an accessible price point, typically in the ₹200–₹800 range with some higher-value statement pieces.

Q14. How should I take care of my jewellery?

A. Keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, sweat and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in separate pouches or boxes to avoid scratches and always remove them before sleeping or bathing.
